Back to job satisfaction. There are two things I'd like to share with you.
This morning I was lucky enough to record an episode of our podcast Work in Progress. We were joined by Alexander Kjerulf from arbejdesglæde.nu
Alexander, he focuses on job satisfaction and has done so for 15 years. Fantastically inspiring man to listen to. And that's why I really recommend you check out the episode when it comes out next week.
The second thing I'd like to share with you is also about job satisfaction.
Krifa publishes an annual report on good leadership. "When leadership creates job satisfaction", the report is called. This year, they focus on four leadership dimensions, and one of them is "Attention and Feedback". And it's attention and feedback that I'm proud to have contributed to.
Most of all proud, because in this report you'll find, in addition to a case study from one of my customers and four tips from us, you'll also find an insane amount of stuff from other very talented people.
There's research, and there's case studies, and there's inspiration.
You can find it for free as a PDF(here) or you can buy the report itself for a small fee (30 kr.) and show it to your colleagues so you can inspire each other and become even better together.
