Why is your rating not working?
As humans, we are constantly evaluating. As a professional, we evaluate even more. But if I tell you that judgments aren't always necessary and are rarely beneficial, what do you think?
We tend to think that our assessments should always keep up with the input we receive. However, this is not always the case.
