He's just a good guy. Right to the core. At the same time, he has more drive and energy than most, which makes him a born problem-solver. He simply has so much drive that almost nothing can hold him back. Just give him a challenge and you'll see for yourself. When Mikkel's home, he enjoys family life ... and maybe the occasional NFL or NBA game after the kids are in bed and the girlfriend is asleep on the couch.

Danni is actually a graduate engineer in robotics, but since 2014 he has been working on developing leaders and teams. Among other things, this has led him to a master's degree in Management and Organizational Psychology from Aalborg University. Charismatic and sharp as a tack are some of the words customers use to describe Danni. He is good at challenging and a compelling storyteller who can inspire and motivate most people. When Danni is not at work, he is a father with a capital F and races around the country to badminton competitions.
Alexandra is a tough problem solver who loves challenges and has a solid overview of processes, goals and all the parts in between – and fortunately, she uses her skills as a project manager in Feedwork. In addition to being incredibly curious, Alexandra empathizes with a capital E, has a special ability to understand other people, and always ensures that everyone is seen and heard. Alexandra is a very optimistic person - and often infects others both with a good mood and enthusiasm for projects. A real ray of sunshine in an office. In her spare time, she loves to exercise body and mind through yoga, running and expanding her knowledge of research topics such as; children, nervous system, emotional intellibody and psyche connection, etc. But most importantly - SHE IS A MOTHER, and her world goes from her children and out. They are the most important thing to her – together with her husband Jacob, of course.
When you first meet Morten, you'll quickly discover that you're dealing with a very welcoming and curious person. Here is a man who really listens to what you say. You will also find that he is articulate, competent and objective when he speaks and that he is not afraid to speak his mind. If you meet Morten on the street and don't feel like talking about work, you can always get him to talk about cycling, sports, cooking and anything else that's happening on the internet.
Meet Nick, a content creation and marketing wizard. With a fun, motivating and ambitious approach to work, Nick brings a unique blend of creativity and professionalism to Feedwork. As an actor, photographer and marketing generalist, Nick has an insight into all aspects of content that few others have. Outside of the office, Nick continues to tap into his creative side, often with a camera in hand or in the spotlight.
Mille Marie is bursting with energy and joy of life, and it is difficult not to be infected by her dancing approach to everyday life. As a student at CBS in Business Administration and Psychology, Mille Marie is driven by her curiosity about people and her desire to understand what drives people. She is a true cuddly person, always ready with a smile and a good joke, and with her sarcastic sense, the conversations are rarely boring.
Mille Marie loves to explore new things and is always open to learning, experiencing and improving her skills. In addition, she loves to play with language and the written medium and actually finds word cleavage and wordfeud fun.
Casper has been exposed to many environments professionally over the years. This has made him particularly curious about the world. Casper is super good with people for the simple reason that he is genuinely interested in them - professionally, personally and privately. He is good with words and even makes linguistic innovations to play with his understanding of the world - he says that we "understand with our concepts". That's why Casper is both entertaining and mind-expanding to listen to. As a management consultant at Feedwork, he is very concerned with balancing between theory and practice - together with the customers. In his private life, Casper is a very active person, and there is almost nothing better than a jog or a dip in the harbor to refresh your mind.
Jonas is often described as inspiring, enthusiastic and passionate. He loves talking to people and finding out what drives them. Perhaps because he is fundamentally so curious and wants to know everything and more. At the same time, he has a great sense of humour, which makes him an entertaining and sought-after communicator. When you meet Jonas outside the office, it will typically be with a basketball in hand or perhaps a book to enlighten him on how to perform even better, mentally as well as physically.
We know it's natural to protect yourself from feedback. Because what if I'm criticised? But we believe it's far more important to seek out feedback and learn from it than to protect our self-image. That's why we welcome all feedback ourselves.
We believe that movement is the best starting point for learning. That's why we're careful not to let the ideal of perfection get in the way of testing and new projects. Progression combined with diligence are key elements of our work.
We believe in relationships. That's what our products are all about. So if the choice is between profit and a relationship, we will always prioritise the relationship. And that applies to all relationships, whether with our customers, employees or partners.
We are a business and like any business we consume resources. But we do it wisely. We don't want to contribute to unnecessary consumption, either of material or human resources.
