How totrain your feminine side
It'sabout daring to stop a little more and take a few more pauses for reflection. When you slow down, you will start to listen more to what your voice is saying, and often it will help you make different choices than you would have made before because you have slowed down. You may also find that you are passionate about making a difference in the world and want to contribute in a different way because it gives you deep satisfaction.
It's about feeling and asking yourself: "am I living my values?". You must dare to listen to your heart and your body. Most people today only live by what their heads tell them and run stronger and stronger because they don't listen to their hearts. We are built as WHOLE people, so we need to learn to use our hearts, not just our heads.
