Why is it that we humans actually want feedback?
Often it's not feedback for feedback's sake, but because we have human needs that we want fulfilled. We find that many well-intentioned feedback dialogues end up with little return - or in the worst cases, misunderstandings or damaged relationships - simply because we don't understand "what's at stake" in the conversations.
In this webinar, we will focus on the 3 types of feedback, recognition, development and evaluation, and you will learn more about the needs behind each of the types. In addition, you will also be presented with concrete tools and methods that you can use in your everyday life as a manager and employee to be more successful in feedback dialogues - both when you are in situations where you need to offer feedback, when you receive feedback and when you ask for feedback.
All in all, it will be a practical webinar with a focus on pragmatism. Throughout the webinar, you will have the opportunity to interact with us and the other participants through chat, Mentimeter and polls. We promise it won't be boring :)
