Hi, this is Danni. Welcome to Friday Feedback.
Or should we call it "Feedback and the Monopoly"?
Becausefeedback presents us with so many dilemmas! And I have a dilemma I'd like to share with you.
Feedback isn't difficult if we know what to say.
The question is more: What should I say? How should I say it? Should I say anything at all?
Anyway, to the point!
The other day I went for a ride with DSB. The train was on time, so everyone was happy. The compartment was almost full.
Someone broke the strange silence by playing music so loudly and without headphones that everyone could hear it.
But I couldn't see the person.
Whatshould I do?
So it's someone who is in a different cubicle than me, but it's someone who hears the music so loud that it could bother me or the person next to me.
It didn't. I had headphones on, so I could just ignore it.
But I was curious anyway!
So I decided to do something. And I'll tell you later what I chose to do, but I want to hear it first:
Whatwould you do?
