We hear it often and know it from our own experience: "Feedback is hard." But what can we do about it? We'll answer that in this webinar, where we'll dive into different reasons why feedback is difficult, and then look at how we can make that difficult feedback a little easier to handle.
Feedback is a double-edged sword. Feedback is super effective at creating learning and development in other people, but feedback can also hurt. Especially if it is critical and comes from people we care about.
We're not going to make feedback easy in 60 minutes, but hopefully we'll make it a bit easier to deal with feedback - especially the difficult kind.
The webinar is particularly relevant for those who:
- Hold back from giving feedback that would otherwise be valuable
- Would like to be better at seeking feedback, but don't really get it done
- Should help other people when they face the difficult feedback
When you attend the webinar you will:
- Knowledge of some of the natural explanations for why feedback is difficult
- Knowledge of widespread bad habits that make feedback even harder than it needs to be
- Concrete conversation tools to create greater naturalness in feedback
The webinar will be hosted by our partners Jonas Bro and Morten Melby.
