Kirsten is the founder of the International Feminine Leadership Academy and Illumina International, which works with feminine leadership. Kirsten is trying to do away with a society that overuses masculine energies. She works to develop leaders to have a more balanced leadership that simultaneously utilizes the best aspects of both masculine and feminine traits and energies.
