Effective collaboration in a hybrid world

Effective collaboration in a hybrid world

How do we best communicate and coordinate in a world where we work remotely and in the office at the same time?

About the workshop

This workshop is based on the good experiences you've already had working together in a hybrid world, and together we'll find out where there is friction and potential for improvement. Among other things, you will leave the workshop with concrete "rules" for hybrid collaboration in the team that make sense and are clear to all team members.

Workshop with Feedwork

Since 2016, Feedwork has delivered workshops to more than 5000 employees and managers in over 150 different private and public organisations.

Whatcan you expect from a workshop with Feedwork?

Commitment and activity

Most participants in our workshops and courses say they feel very inspired and engaged during the sessions. We know that learning happens best when people themselves are allowed to reflect and try out new things in practice. That's why our workshops are characterised by high levels of participatory activity through exercises, case studies, group and plenary dialogue, polling and other engaging tools.

The theory is a starting point

As learning and management geeks, we keep up with the latest research and studies on learning, management, motivation, psychology, and organisation, which means that our workshops are always updated with the latest knowledge in the field. Theory is important, but even more important is that theory is translated and made to work in your everyday life. That's why we use theory as a starting point for our sessions, but together with the participants our main task is to translate theory into practical application in your organisation.

Training and practical experience

We know that practical exercises and the experience gained through them are central to building the skills of staff, so practical exercises and case work always feature heavily when we run workshops for our participants.

Focus on the small victories

Change often fails when we aim too wide with the initiative. Instead, we try to zoom in on the few and most important situations in your everyday life. Just where the healthy use of communication and tools can make a big difference. For some it's in department meetings, for others it's in the development process with their customers or maybe 1:1 conversations with employees should be your focus. We'd rather make sure that a few things work than that the broad focus falls flat.

FAQ - Questions and Answers

‍Canone workshop create a new culture?

No, not alone. Workshops act as elements of a culture change, but need to be backed up by day-to-day management, organisational structures and the general level of competence in the organisation.

In which languages are the workshops held?

Danish and English.

How much does a workshop cost?

The price varies according to the degree of customisation and the final design of the content. Please contact us for an estimate of the cost to your organisation.

Can a workshop be shortened to 2 hours or extended to 4 hours?

These workshops are structured so that the programme is adapted to 3 hours, as this - in our experience - provides the best ratio between time spent and benefit for participants. The concept has been tested and found effective, therefore it is also our starting point for recommendations to you. If you have very specific reasons for wanting to adjust the length of the workshop, we are of course open to dialogue.

What prerequisites do participants need to attend the workshop?

The vast majority of our workshops are structured so that you can get the most out of the workshop, whatever your level. So there's no requirement for you to prepare, unless we tell you on the phone.

How do the virtual workshops work?

Each workshop has a virtual twin brother. This means that exercises, breaks and materials are adapted to the virtual format. Our workshops are facilitated with a focus on engagement, which is created through exercises, polls and break-out room tasks. Workshops can take place on either Microsoft TEAMS, Zoom or the Demio platform.

What if we are more than 20 participants?

If you want to be significantly above 20 participants, we will typically make a special effort to ensure participant activity. This may be by having more facilitators, or by splitting the workshop to take place for smaller groups. Sometimes we also use a combination of (virtual) presentations for everyone, with workshops for smaller units, teams or departments.
