The team at the company consists of 11 self-driving individuals who often work individually on their own projects in collaboration with other departments in the organization. In recent years, they have focused on creating a culture of dialog in order to strengthen the sense of community in the team, and the team leader felt that a natural next step in the development of the team would be an increased focus on collegial feedback - partly to strengthen relationships and partly to increase learning in the team.

The solution was to run two shorter virtual workshop sessions, as the team is spread across different geographical locations. To maximize the learning outcome of the sessions, we made sure that the participants were provided with materials and tasks before, during and after the sessions. Specifically, the program focused on:
