Why is it important?

What is it about?

The leaders of an organisation will always be role models for its employees and their behaviour therefore has a strong influence on how people behave around them. Therefore, when culture needs to change and new habits need to be learned, it is crucial that leaders are able to drive the change. We help them to do this, for example by building learning skills, influencing their mindset and helping them to translate the new methods into everyday practice.

What is it about?

In well-functioning teams, individual members contribute to the overall task, while constantly learning from and developing each other's skills.
