- We process the personal data received for the purpose of conducting our courses in which you are a participant.
- Based on, among other things, the personal data received about you, we analyze data and prepare reports on, among other things, feedback that forms part of our service to our customer, which is your employer or the person or company that has hired Feedwork to deliver the course.
- Finally, we process the personal data received for the purpose of Feedworks internal analysis of completed courses and for the purpose of keeping statistics on the results and conclusions from the individual courses.

Personal data received in connection with the organization of a course:
- We collect, process and store general personal data about you, which primarily includes
- Name, email address, phone number, work position, work area, business relationship and who your employer is.

Personal data received via our website:
- We collect your personal data on our website when you fill out our contact form on the website.
Personal data received in connection with the organization of a course:
- We collect personal data about you when you fill out the questionnaires that are used in connection with the course.
- We also receive personal data about you from your employer or the person or company that has hired us to deliver the course in question.
5. RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA
- Only your employer or the person or company that hired us to deliver the course and Feedworks employees have access to your personal data.

6. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
- Your personal information is kept secure and confidential.
- We cannot say in advance how long we will keep your personal data. However, we can inform you that your data will be stored until we have completed the project and report for which your data has been collected.
7. THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
- You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do so by contacting your employer, the course coordinator or Feedwork using the contact details listed in section 1.
- If you choose to withdraw your consent, it will not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your previously given consent and up to the time of withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from that point in time.
8. SAFETY AND PROTECTION
- We have established and maintain necessary measures to protect your personal data.
- If we experience a security breach where we believe there is a high risk that your personal data may be misused, we will notify you of the security breach as soon as possible. We will also inform you about what we have done to reduce the risk of misuse of your personal data and how you can protect your personal data yourself.
