The leaders of an organisation will always be role models for its employees and their behaviour therefore has a strong influence on how people behave around them. Therefore, when culture needs to change and new habits need to be learned, it is crucial that leaders are able to drive the change. We help them to do this, for example by building learning skills, influencing their mindset and helping them to translate the new methods into everyday practice.

We work with leadership groups to build a community of practice with inclusive leadership and learning at its core. Here, it is beneficial for leaders to mirror each other and learn from each other's successes. Depending on the situation, we may use tools such as joint workshops, individual coaching, 360-degree evaluations, sample actions and resources in the form of guides and videos.
